Fees

At Inspiration Dance Academy fees are paid either by full term or by half terms. If you choose to pay your child’s fees by full term you will receive a 5% discount, if paid by the due date.

Accounts will be given to your child or emailed and will need to be paid within 14 days of your invoice date. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque or direct deposit.

Fees are based on the duration of the lesson as follows:

• ½ hour classes             $6.00 each class
• ¾ hour classes             $8.00 each class
• 1 hour classes              $10.00 each class
• 1 ½ hour classes          $15.00 each class
• Solo Lessons (½ hr) ...$20.00 each class

• Children who attend 3 different dance styles per week can receive either stretch and strengthening OR drama classes free of charge
• Children who attend 4 different dance styles per week can receive stretch and strengthening AND drama classes free of charge

If your child misses their class for any reason fees will not be deducted or reimbursed. They may choose to make up a class at another time throughout the timetabled classes. If there are any payment problems you will need to contact Miss Hayley, please do not approach teaching staff about these matters.

Inspiration Dance Academy does not allow parents to watch their child’s class as this distracts both the teachers and students. We provide a demonstration day and annual concert giving parents an opportunity to see your child’s progress.

UNIFORMS:

Grooming is an important part of a child’s training in the areas of pride and attitude and also gives them a belonging to part of a team. As this is a new policy I would like to offer a few different uniform options for the transition.

Inspiration Dance Academy uniforms are sold each year, this is our preferred option for week to week classes and can be purchased through the studio. There is a choice of different styles such as leotards, tights, shorts, crossovers and jackets. We will send out a letter for orders in February if you would like to purchase any of these items. Please see Miss Hayley if you would like to look at some samples.

Demonstration Day which is held mid year has a compulsory uniform and this can be worn throughout the year to class.

These items can be purchased from local dance stores such as ‘Bloch for dancers’ located in Miranda Westfield or some retail stores such as Target or Big W. More information regarding Demonstration Day uniforms will be given to your child closer to the performance.
